Meaning:
'batshit' means 'crazy'. There is also an old-fashioned word 'batty' that means crazy too. But, because 'shit' is a swear word, if you say someone is 'batshit', it sounds like they are *really* crazy.
「batshit」は「クレイジー」の意味です。元々同じ意味で「batty」という単語もありますが、「shit]は悪口のため、誰かが「batshit」といいましたら＊本当に＊クレイジーの意味になります。
Example:
A: At the party last night Tim took off all his clothes and jumped in the pool.
