Meaning:
‘to get on someone’s nerves means ‘to annoy someone’. ‘Nerve’ actually means 神経 – the parts of your body that help us feel pain etc. So if someone ‘gets on my nerves’, that person annoys me so much I feel pain! For example, ‘My neighbor talks too loudly. He really gets on my nerves’. We can also use this expression to talk about annoying actions. For example, ‘I really like my neighbor, but he’s talking on the phone so loudly I can hear his conversation now. It’s getting on my nerves.’

A: Is your sister still teasing you about your new haircut?
B: Yeah. She’s getting on my nerves.
